The world's least qualified support group.
Welcome to Ok, WHAT? Podcast, the world's least qualified support group.
Life is weird.
Nobody knows what they're doing.
Some people are just more confident about it.
OK, WHAT? is a podcast for curious people, chronic overthinkers, accidental self-improvers, and anyone who's ever fallen down an internet rabbit hole at midnight and emerged three hours later with seventeen tabs open and a completely new personality.
Each week we pull up a chair and discuss whatever has us collectively saying, "OK, what?"
Psychology. Relationships. Business ideas. Human behavior. ADHD. Internet culture. Life advice. Bad advice. Weird advice. The occasional existential crisis.
We're not here because we have all the answers.
We're here because the questions are more interesting.
Pull up a chair. Membership is automatic.

Meeting #03: Negative Thinking
Your brain is supposed to keep you alive. Unfortunately, it sometimes acts like a full-time critic with no hobbies. In this meeting, we explore negative thinking, worst-case-scenario spirals, and why our minds are so good at finding problems. We'll also test some internet life advice that should probably come with a warning label.
Meeting #04: Cut Your Damn Hair
Sometimes a major life change starts with a minor identity crisis and a trip to the salon. This week we're talking about fresh starts, shaking up routines, and why changing something small can make a surprisingly big difference when you're feeling stuck. No promises, but dramatic haircuts have launched many personal reinventions.

Hi, I'm Candice!
Life is weird.
Nobody knows what they're doing.
Some people are just more confident about it.
But I think most people are just trying their best!
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a scientist. And I'm definitely not a doctor. I'm just a person who asks a lot of questions. The kind of person who opens Google to check one thing and somehow ends up reading about 20 other things.
So instead of pretending to have the answers, I collect questions.
Some of them are useful. Some of them are ridiculous. Some of them accidentally improve my life. And some of them should have stayed in the drafts.
When I find something interesting, confusing, inspiring, mildly concerning, or just plain weird, I bring it back here for discussion. Think of me less as an expert and more as a curious person with Wi-Fi, too many tabs open, and a microphone <3
